December 13 is Taylor Swift’s birthday, and in honor of her recent TIME cover featuring her cat Benjamin Button, the Pennsylvania SPCA issued a challenge. They ask that everyone donate $13 (Tay’s favorite number and her birthdate, of course) to their local shelter! Swiftie or not, today’s the perfect day to make a difference for Animal Refuge Center Inc shelter pets! Let’s see how much we can raise by ‘Midnight’! You can donate below at our webpage
