Giving Tuesday

#GivingTuesday is the Tuesday after Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday when we catch our breaths from all the hectic holiday shopping and take a day to give to the things that are important to us.

#Giving Tuesday is our opportunity, after offering thanks for the things we have, to give to our communities and support the charities we find important from the overflow of thankfulness in our hearts.

The Animal Refuge Center can’t continue its mission without funding from you, our community. Please join us in making an impact on caring for homeless pets who are looking for their forever homes.

With so many shelters in Kentucky overrun with unwanted animals this past year, new steps to re-establish low-cost spay and neuter initiatives, and continuing to trap, neuter, and release (and adopt out those who can be socialized) the community cats of Hardin County through Cookie’s Legacy program, our need is even greater than before.

Can you contribute this year for #GivingTuesday and give homeless pets a fighting chance? You can now donate DIRECTLY to the Animal Refuge Center Inc at the Donate button located on our Facebook page!

Need has no season. Give generously. Give now.

Giving Tuesday, often stylized as #GivingTuesday for the purposes of hashtag activism, refers to the Tuesday after U.S. Thanksgiving in the United States. It is a movement to create an international day of charitable giving at the beginning of the Christmas and holiday season.

Spread the word about the Animal Refuge Center and its work for the homeless pets of Hardin County, Kentucky to all your friends and family! We can't do our work without YOUR support!
