Thanks to you, Athena will be up on her feet again. Athena has had her surgery and is heading into her third week of recovery!
Thankfully we surpassed our findraising goal of $3,000 because the surgery, pre-surgical procedures and aftercare mounted a cost of $4,000.
The surgeon said Athena’s surgery went very well, and he hopes for a full recovery. She will spend the next three months healing from this intensive procedure. Athena and all of us at the Animal Refuge Center can’t thank you enough!
We asked for help, you stepped up, and all of you were amazing. Athena will walk, run and play again, and it’s all because of you!
