Voices From the ARC has been a key resource since 1989, initially created by founding member Lucia Beeler and later continued by Pam Harrison and Penny Edwards. As we celebrate our 35th anniversary, your support will enable us to expand our newsletter and enhance its value for everyone in Hardin County, KY.
