The
Voices From the ARC Newsletter made its way online in
October of 2000, once we perfected the means of viewing
our newsletter online with Adobe PDF formats.
If you don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can download
it at
Our
reasons behind our newsletter are simple: this is the
best and most cost-effective way for non-profit organizations
to raise funds from the community in order to continue
their life-saving work. Make no mistake, our efforts
are to shelter and find loving homes for homeless animals,
but the fact is that we are people-driven and without
the manpower and financial contributions of people just
like you...we simply couldn't do it without you!! The
content of our newsletter comes from a variety of sources:
some we've written ourselves, some has been written
by friends, and some has been contributed by other Internet
users just like you. ALL of it keeps you informed on
what's going on at our shelter, who's going up for adoption,
and when to visit our next big Special Event.
We at the Animal Refuge Center hope you enjoy this e-zine.
Be sure to sign our guestbook at the bottom of the screen
or send e-mail
to let us know what you think (or to contribute articles
or ideas). And if you simply want to go on our mailing
list for old-fashioned paper copies, that's fine, too!
Just send a small donation (in any amount you prefer)
to help us in our cause for helping homeless pets. As
our new updated website nears completion, I'll be updating
frequently, so check back often!
Pam Harrison,
Webmaster - Animal Refuge Center, Nov. 25th, 2001
days 'til the ARC Shelter Fire of Jan. 12, 1993 Memorial.
