**Please wear comfortable exercise attire and bring a yoga mat and water bottle. We have a very limited number of mats to borrow!

Join us for a peaceful one hour yoga class and a one hour Reiki healing session to get your Memorial Day off to a stellar start! Registered Yoga Teachers Lorene Fowler and Shellie Crow will bring us together for a peaceful one hour long yoga class to get your stress off! Then at 11 am, meet with Reiki Masters Ashley Miller-Hall and Kat Kokkinis for a Reiki session to reduce stress, promote relaxation and give a natural energy boost, making you feel radiant and bringing feelings of peace and well-being.

Yoga and Reiki are great for animals, too! Benefit from the positive effects these activities can bring.

Admission is only a donation that will go directly to the ARC to assist with medical care for the animals! Cash and checks can be accepted. Checks made payable to Animal Refuge Center, Inc.

If you are NOT able to make it to this event, you can STILL contact these masters for private sessions!

I have taught Hatha Yoga since 2008. I attended Eternal Health Yoga School and am registered with the Yoga Alliance. At ESFC, I teach several styles of including Yin, Vinyasa, and heated Yoga classes. I strongly believe that Hatha Yoga is for everybody and every body. I also offer private Yoga sessions through the personal training program at ESFC for those who desire guidance and instruction for specific goals or for a deeper understanding of Yoga practices. I strongly encourage a combination of attending Yoga class regularly and developing a home practice.
